Tokenized securities are subject to the offering restrictions of their issuers. Many listings are limited to specific investor categories (accredited investors, qualified purchasers) or exclude specific jurisdictions (e.g. Reg S products exclude US persons). Prism displays these restrictions on each listing; eligibility is determined and enforced by the issuer during onboarding and settlement, not by Prism.
Market data
Figures are point-in-time snapshots from issuer disclosures or live public feeds, each stamped with its date and source. Prism does not warrant accuracy or completeness; verify against the issuer’s primary documents — linked on every asset page — before making decisions.
Risk disclosure
Tokenized real-world assets carry the full risks of their underlying instruments plus technology-specific risks: smart-contract defects, custody arrangements, oracle failures, whitelist and transfer-restriction mechanics, and secondary-market illiquidity.
